被AWS反撸了，试一下能否申请退还

经过来回几轮沟通，已扣的42美金将退回31美金，未扣的16美金将免除扣款。

31美金的具体计算方法我不知道，对方的回复如下（是了，AWS的客服是用中文回复的）：
